Cancellation and Returns

At Thoughtful Gift, we aim to ensure you’re satisfied with every purchase. This policy outlines how cancellations, returns, and exchanges are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the item

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging where applicable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made gifts
  • Perishable items (if applicable)
  • Items that have been used or altered after delivery

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is reviewed and approved:

  • You may receive a replacement item, or
  • A refund, depending on the situation

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or an agreed alternative.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return cost.
For other approved returns, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
